When shipping custom paper, BE ADVISED that Canon Solutions America reserves the right to reject custom paper requests for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, media that is out of specification, damaged media, media that fails to run well, and other reasons. If rejected, unused paper will be destroyed by the Demo Center without liability or limitation.
Make sure you ship your paper no later than ten (10) business days prior to your remote demonstration to allow the media to acclimate to our remote demo center's temperature and humidity conditions.
